Admission /Application Date & Events

Since our Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of New Orleans begin with 8th grade, all other grades are considered transfer years. Because of this, only 8th grade admissions will follow the archdiocesan guidelines and calendars for high school admissions. Ninth grade admissions will join grades 10, 11, 12 and will be governed by each individual school using the school's policy for admitting transfer students. • Wednesday, November 13, 2024: Archdiocesan Application emailed to schools and posted on Archdiocesan Website
• Friday, November 15, 2024: Applications returned to Catholic Elementary Schools.
• Monday, November 18, 2024: Applications and Records sent from Elementary Schools to High Schools. 
• Saturday, January 11, 2025: Academic Assessment Day to start 8:00 to 8:30 am (individual schools will determine exact time in that 30 minutes to begin)
• Thursday, February 27, 2025: Notifications of Acceptance*
• *Note - If a student is not accepted into school of choice, parent/guardian will be notified upon this determination
