St. Katharine Drexel Preparatory School is proud to announce the start of a transformative three-month roof renovation project beginning next week. This $1.2 million investment marks a major milestone in the school’s ongoing commitment to preserving and enhancing its historic campus for future generations.
Phase one will begin with the gymnasium and Convent, areas chosen to minimize disruption to students during the school day, followed by upgrades to the Drexel Center. The final phase will take place over the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks, completing the main building to ensure a fully restored and structurally sound facility.
“This project represents a critical step in protecting the structural integrity of the campus and preparing Drexel Prep for the next century of excellence,” said Keith Doley, one of the five alumni owners, 5116 Magazine Corporation. “By investing in our facilities today, we’re ensuring the mission of Saint Katharine Drexel continues, empowering students to learn, lead, and thrive for generations to come.”
