As parades roll right past campus, the Mardi Gras Masquerade on Magazine Street at The Prep, hosted by the Drexel Prep Foundation, offers guests a premier parade-viewing experience with easy-access packages that include rooms, parking, restrooms, and food and drinks — all while directly supporting the Prep community.
But what truly makes this event extraordinary isn’t just the location.
It’s the people.
Year after year, this fundraiser comes to life because of the incredible dedication of our parents, students, alumni, and friends of the Prep. From setup to hospitality, from behind-the-scenes logistics to welcoming guests with warmth and joy, their volunteer spirit transforms our campus into a place of celebration and connection.
Mardi Gras at The Prep is more than a parade experience — it’s a reflection of who we are: a community rooted in service, tradition, and shared pride. Every ticket purchased, every shift volunteered, and every smile shared helps strengthen the mission of Drexel Prep and supports our students.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who gives their time and energy to make this event a success, year after year.
Laissez les bons temps rouler — for a great cause.
