Prep Proud Celebrates Ms. Chelsi Martin

Chelsi has spent more than 10 years devoted to educating and advocating for students with disabilities and their families, ensuring every child has access to meaningful learning opportunities.

Certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and as an NIET Mentor, she’s worn many hats—from Master Teacher across multiple disciplines to Director of Exceptional Student Services. Chelsi is known for implementing systems and instructional supports that lift both compliance and student achievement, making a real difference across New Orleans schools. 

Above all, she is committed to building strong relationships with students and families, creating learning environments where every scholar feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
