Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering to participate in the Drexel Prep Spirit Week Parade – Alumni Trolley Ride, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in this event may involve physical activity and transportation that carries certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge St. Katharine Drexel Preparatory School, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and event organizers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage I may sustain while participating in the Alumni Trolley Ride or any related activities, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I affirm that I am solely responsible for evaluating my physical and mental fitness to participate in this event. I certify that I do not have any medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating, and I agree to consult a physician in advance if I have any concerns regarding my ability to take part.
